【Verification principle】
Peptone, yeast extract and casein hydrolysate provide nitrogen source and growth factor; Glucose and soluble starch provide carbon sources and can also absorb waste generated during bacterial metabolism; Sodium pyruvate is beneficial for bacterial growth; Phosphate is a pH stabilizer; Agar is a coagulant.
【Composition】
It is composed of peptone, yeast extract, casein hydrolysate, glucose, soluble starch, sodium pyruvate, phosphate and agar.
【Usage method】
After pre-treatment according to the pharmacopoeia standards, the samples were inoculated into the culture medium and incubated at 30-35 ℃ for 18-24 hours. The results were observed.
【Inspection results】
Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa grow well.
