Responsibility：

1. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant academic associations and industry associations, and coordinate and execute relevant exhibitions and academic conferences;
2. Familiar with inspection related knowledge (specifications, applications, principles, processes...), familiar with end customer product usage scenarios and purposes, and provide product training to end customers and distributors;
3. Understand the development trends and industry trends of industry products (research results, research directions, cutting-edge development), be familiar with the market, understand competitors (characteristics, specifications, prices, processes...), be familiar with industry regulations, standards, and related guidance, and collect and organize information on competitive products;
4. Write a product analysis report based on the needs of the market and customers to request the launch of new products or projects;
5. Bidding support and maintenance of procurement platforms in various regions;
6. Execution of trade related procurement (inquiry, contract signing, etc.);
7. Support internal business within the department and assist in achieving local sales targets.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's degree or above in bioengineering, laboratory or medical related fields, with English as an auxiliary work requirement;
2. At least 1 year of market related work experience, with certain customer and expert resources, familiar with the medical and laboratory industries;
3. Work experience in culture medium products and biological laboratory products is preferred;
4. Possess strong communication, organization and coordination skills, diligent and proactive, able to withstand work pressure;
5. At least one year of experience in channel customer development and management.

Job responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily equipment maintenance, fault investigation and repair, and promptly report the repair status of faults;

2. Collect data, investigate the causes of faults, and take measures such as continuous improvement and equipment improvement to prevent faults from happening again and improve equipment operation rate;

3. Provide guidance to equipment users on equipment maintenance and operation, enabling them to use the equipment correctly, and document technical guidance;

4. Familiar with equipment management processes, familiar with management regulations related to equipment, and possessing advanced equipment management concepts. Take measures to comprehensively and effectively manage the entire process of enterprise equipment, maintain its integrity, improve its efficiency, and ensure the output and quality of products;

5. Develop and implement equipment validation plans, and manage equipment validation documents;

6. Responsible for equipment procurement, evaluation, equipment numbering, inventory, ledger management, and scrapping related matters;

7. Participate in the rectification of equipment management deviations or defects in various inspections.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics integration;

2. More than 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management;

3. Possess a good technical background and be proficient in operating, maintaining, and managing equipment;

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills.

Job responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the preparation and operation of culture media and solutions, and familiar with the canning process;

2. Conduct research on factory layout, equipment and process improvements, and cost reduction, and provide data to management;

3. Responsible for the command and control of the entire production process, ensuring that production operations achieve various quality, cost, and delivery targets;

4. Supervise and inspect the implementation of the quality assurance system during the production process, analyze the causes of non-conforming products, review and improve quality issues, and improve the product qualification rate;

5. Coordinate the work of the production management team, including the reasonable allocation of personnel, materials, and machines;

6. Responsible for external communication related to production quality research and development (environmental impact assessment, fire protection, safety supervision, health and family planning commission, market supervision and management bureau);

7. Continuously improve production management.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in science and engineering or related majors, preferably in biology, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or production management related majors;

2. More than five years of relevant work experience, proficient in production planning, on-site management, equipment management, process management, etc;

3. Training experience: Participated in ISO13485 quality management system training, received training in production management, project management, and other aspects;

4. Possess personnel management and cross departmental coordination skills, be brave in taking responsibility and constantly learning and innovating.

Job responsibilities

1. Assist and cooperate with the General Manager in all aspects of the company's work, playing a connecting role and providing comprehensive support;

Qualification

5. Have a good sense of confidentiality, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution ability.

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of cell culture reagents, cell resuscitation, amplification, cryopreservation, and other related production and optimization of experimental operations for cell culture;

2. Assist the supervisor in arranging experiments reasonably according to the project process and progress, and report the progress and issues of the experimental project in a timely manner;

3. Responsible for the development and maintenance of microbial culture medium products;

4. Assist in handling technical issues during product production, optimize and improve;

5. Strictly follow the quality management system operation, sterile operation concept, maintain cleanliness within the laboratory, regularly disinfect, and ensure that the cell growth environment meets the requirements;

6. Other matters assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Have a background in biology and pharmacy related majors;

2. Experience in cell biology, molecular biology, cell biology, and other related fields is preferred, and a bachelor's degree or above is required;

2. Master microbiology and cell culture technology, be familiar with theoretical knowledge of cell culture and the current situation of the cell therapy industry;

3. At least 2 years of experience in cell culture, passage, cryopreservation and resuscitation. Proficient in the sterile operation of cell culture, with experience in independent cultivation of primary and different cell lines is preferred;

4. Have good experimental operation ability, independent work ability and learning ability.

Responsibility：

1. Assist the sales department in customer development, maintenance, timely follow-up, and help sales achieve business goals;
2. Provide technical support for in vitro diagnostic reagents and microbiological testing products before and after sales, and regularly report progress;
3. Responsible for product training, user demonstrations, and customer trials, answering customer technical questions;
4. Participate in company marketing activities, responsible for product training and explanations both inside and outside the company;
5. Collect and understand domestic and international technological development trends, grasp new information on peer products, and propose enterprise product development projects.
